DMCA and Copyright Notice

VideoDropper does not host the videos, photos or audio it processes. Media is retrieved from the original platform when you request it and is not stored on our servers. If you believe that a link passing through this service infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice so that we can review it.
To submit a notice, please include: your full name and contact details; a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; the exact link to the post or story in question; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, the copyright owner or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to the contact email on the Contact page, with 'DMCA Notice' in the subject line.
When we receive a valid notice, we will review it promptly. Where appropriate, we will disable access to the specific link through our service and, where possible, let the person who submitted that link know. Content on the original platform can only be removed through that platform.
Counter-notice: if you believe content was disabled by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with your full name and contact details, a description of the material that was removed and where it was located, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature.
We may restrict or end access to the service for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
